Oasis email signatures
Find your name below, click Copy signature, then paste it into Gmail.
Use the button — don't select the page and Ctrl+C, or you'll copy the boxes too.
- Click Copy signature next to your name
- Gmail → gear icon (top right) → See all settings
- General tab → scroll to Signature
- + Create new, name it Oasis, paste (Ctrl+V)
- Set as default for new emails AND on reply/forward
- Scroll down → Save Changes
Two things worth knowing:
• Delete any old signature you have saved, or you'll end up with two.
• If you use the Gmail AI helper to draft replies, it sometimes adds its own "Kind Regards / name / mobile" at the end. Delete those lines before sending.
